Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing our comprehensive telehealth platform for optimal client engagement.
• Perform detailed assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans and evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for clients as needed to ensure their safety and well-being, which may involve risk assessment and mobilization of necessary resources.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Arizona, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in social work, preferably in a related mental health or therapeutic setting.
