A large-scale organization is seeking a transformational Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead a major enterprise modernization initiative across one of the largest IAM environments in the industry.

This leader will inherit a highly complex environment supporting over 200,000 users plus tens of thousands of contractor and guest identities across multiple business units.
