The role involves translating complex policy details into clear, actionable information for plan members, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, and meeting strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will be adept at adjusting to fluctuating workloads and non-traditional scheduling requirements.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
  • Provide subject matter expertise in health, life, and supplemental insurance coverage.
  • Advocate for clients by translating complex policy details into clear information.
  • Maintain organized and thorough records while adhering to strict deadlines.
