This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver support and guidance from a location of your choosing. However, close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is key to our success, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Our team adheres to a structured work schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of our clients.

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to identify individual client needs and inform the development of customized treatment plans.
• Employing recognized therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment interventions.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborating with team members during regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment quality and efficacy.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options.
• Staying updated with the latest research and advancements in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into practice.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. We prioritize human connection and empathy, tailoring our approaches to meet the unique stories and identities of each client.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to meet individualized client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with a culturally diverse population.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain meticulous clinical documentation.
• Proven skills in crisis intervention and management to effectively address urgent client needs.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
