Position Overview
The Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise business applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, systems integration, and Azure DevOps while supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Configure entities, forms, dashboards, business process flows, security roles, workflows, and business rules.
  • Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Platform.
  • Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Apps.
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate.
  • Develop executive dashboards and operational reports using Power BI.
  • Create custom plugins, APIs, workflow extensions, and web resources.
  • Configure Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, validation rules, and security models.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Support data migration, conversion, system integration, and production support.
  • Manage deployments using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and code reviews.
  • Produce technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
