Overview

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements and retrospectives as part of an agile team.
  • Contribute to code reviews, offering constructive feedback and integrating feedback from peers to improve code.
  • Embrace a team-first attitude, supporting your peers and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Be open to provide guidance and mentorship to peer developers.

2. Engineering Excellence:

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices in web development technologies (CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Apply engineering principles ensuring high-quality deliveries.
  • Actively participate in shaping the future of our system architecture through sound design and contribution to supporting artifacts
  • Engage in continuous improvement and learning toward mastery of industry-standard tools and technologies.

3. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Explore and propose new technologies and tools that could improve project outcomes and team performance.
  • Be a key contributor in improving our practices, workflows and ways of working.
  • Participate in internal workshops and training sessions to expand technical expertise and stay current with industry trends.
  • Contribute to enhance our AI-driven developer experience and associated ways of working.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in developer workflow: git, CI/CD pipeline, bash scripting, docker.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental web technologies: HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with design oriented workflows such design systems and Figma.
  • Knowledge of testing framework (across the pyramid of tests).
  • Strong willingness to learn and drive for continuous improvement, coupled with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French/English), with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • A portfolio or GitHub profile of previous projects demonstrating skills and approach to front-end development.
