Job description

The Fisher Organization, representing American Income Life, is hiring motivated individuals for our remote life and benefits sales team. This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, leadership development, and flexible scheduling.

We partner with labor unions, credit unions, and professional associations to provide financial protection solutions to members and families nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients
  • Explain life and supplemental benefit options
  • Help families choose coverage that fits their needs
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Participate in training and leadership development
