If you thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy mentoring others, and are excited about combining modern automation practices with emerging AI capabilities, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

• Oversee test automation deliverables, timelines, and quality standards across multiple workstreams

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define end-to-end testing strategies and project expectations

• Develop and refine quality engineering processes, standards, and best practices

• Validate project requirements, test cases, and testing outcomes to ensure high-quality delivery

• Analyze test data, identify risks, and communicate critical quality concerns to leadership

• Support onboarding and training efforts for internal and external testing resources

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve test generation, automation efficiency, defect triage, and documentation workflows

• Evaluate emerging AI testing technologies and recommend practical, measurable improvements for QE teams

• Promote responsible and effective use of AI within the Quality Engineering function while maintaining strong human oversight and accountability

What You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted testing and development tools

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, remote teams, and clients

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

• Creative problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
