As an LCSW at Sail Future Psychiatry Center, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Providing individual psychotherapy sessions utilizing different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client preferences.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards and our internal policies to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborating closely with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and holistic care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enrich clinical insight and quality of treatment.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health challenges, enabling them to understand treatment options and connect with community resources.
• Continuously updating your knowledge of industry best practices, research studies, and emerging therapies to enhance your clinical practice.
• Managing a caseload of clients while striving to meet treatment goals and ethical standards as dictated by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

You will be working primarily with a diverse client base, which includes individuals facing a variety of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to severe emotional disturbances.
