• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops addressing topics such as stress management, anxiety reduction, and emotional well-being to foster personal growth among clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and wellness coaches, to ensure comprehensive care and holistic support for clients.
• Engage in outreach initiatives and community wellness events aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

As a licensed mental health counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with diverse adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and adjustment issues. Understanding the unique circumstances and needs of each client is essential for providing tailored support and promoting positive outcomes.

• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering mental health services via telehealth platforms.
• A deep understanding of the mental health challenges faced by diverse populations, including students and working professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suitable for diverse client needs.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Experience in utilizing teletherapy tools and technologies to engage clients in a virtual setting.
• Participation in community mental health outreach or prevention programs.
