Overview
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, a leading provider of home health & hospice services, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting nurses and therapists.

This position is eligible for 100% remote but the employee must reside in a state where Enhabit currently operates. AK, AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MO, MS, MT, NC, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for home health branches, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent, with a focus on nursing and therapy professionals.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with a focus on healthcare, nursing, or therapy recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience using iCIMS is preferred.

Compensation = $65,000-$75,000
