Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions to address mental health concerns and facilitate problem-solving.
• Develop personalized treatment programs aimed at symptom control for conditions involving mental health issues, trauma, or dual diagnoses.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Ensure confidentiality and safety during all client interactions in accordance with ethical guidelines.
• Manage documentation efficiently through our cloud-based EHR solution, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client case management and foster an atmosphere of collaboration and support.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth, with access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and webcam.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check prior to employment.

Compensation and Benefits
