In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that each client's privacy and confidentiality are upheld.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each unique situation.
• Address a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management, through effective counseling interventions.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including making referrals to specialists when required.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adults facing varied challenges related to mental health and wellness. Your role will involve working with clients from different backgrounds and experiences, ensuring individualized care that respects their unique stories and needs. You will be essential in guiding clients through their therapy journeys, empowering them to make meaningful changes in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing counseling services to clients.
• Strong organizational skills paired with a commitment to maintaining detailed, thorough documentation.

• A reliable home office setup equipped with consistent internet access and the necessary video conferencing tools.
