• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs, symptoms, and issues affecting their well-being.
• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize the individual needs of each patient.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies to facilitate progress in therapy.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in active collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the treatment team to ensure cohesive and effective care.
• Provide educational resources and supportive counseling to patients and their families, empowering them to navigate their recovery journey.
• Stay informed on current mental health research and advancements to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve patient outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of patients who are attending our detox center seeking support for addiction recovery and mental health issues. By utilizing your skills as an LCSW, you will address common challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your approachable demeanor and empathetic nature will be crucial in building trust and creating a safe space for clients to express their emotions and challenges freely.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of Georgia.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy, along with a broad knowledge of therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to patients and their families.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in patient treatment.

• Prior experience working in a detox or rehabilitation center, or a mental health outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload while tracking progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve common patient care goals.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, employees will benefit from:
