• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs and collaboratively formulate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Modiv Care Health Care Inc., you will work with a diverse group of clients who present with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. • A current and valid license in the state of Illinois as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.
• A Master's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enhance rapport-building with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding in addressing clients' unique challenges, fostering a safe space for healing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance client caseload, therapy sessions, and documentation effectively.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a solid understanding of cultural competence in mental health care.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices that can be adapted for online delivery.
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training in our operating systems and procedures.
