• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's psychological state and identify treatment needs.
• Design tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional challenges, promoting resilience, and improving coping strategies.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure integrated patient care, sharing insights to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies, offering immediate support and resources to patients in distress.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, effective treatments, and community resources that can aid in recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records that comply with all legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health practices.

You will primarily work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including adolescents and adults dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. Our focus is on delivering meticulous person-centered care, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient demographic.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and current license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in Maryland is mandatory.
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and methodologies, including trauma-informed care.
• Exceptional assessment and diagnostic skills, with a documented ability to create effective treatment interventions.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications in a telehealth context.
• Demonstrated competency in both individual and group therapy across various therapeutic frameworks.
