• Conduct thorough assessments and detailed evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based practices to effectively address mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that clients receive holistic support across all aspects of their lives.
• Respond to crisis situations with professional expertise, offering immediate intervention and guidance to clients in acute distress.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and enhance the overall mental well-being of the populations we serve.

You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including varying age groups and socioeconomic statuses. This role will expose you to individuals with a broad spectrum of mental health diagnoses, allowing you to expand your knowledge and experience in culturally relevant counseling practices.

• A valid, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional CounselorMental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence to work sensitively and effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to maintain accurate and timely records and documentation.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote client engagement methods is preferred.
