Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each student’s specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with school personnel to strategize on interventions and support systems that promote student success.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines and relevant legal requirements in all interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses primarily on adolescents and children within a school setting, working with a diverse range of backgrounds and presenting issues. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
