Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through video chat with clients.
• Utilizing solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatment sessions.
• Developing effective and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Helping clients gain deeper insight into their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitoring client progress throughout their treatment plans and assisting them in cultivating healthy coping mechanisms.
• Engaging with our easy-to-use therapist platform to manage scheduling, documentation, and client interactions efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting a wide spectrum of mental health needs. Our aim is to assist individuals in acquiring essential skills that enhance their overall quality of life. The ideal candidates will be proactive in developing trusted relationships with clients and will be committed to their journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A fully licensed status to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A clean licensing history with no limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills showcasing a compassionate nature, along with strong computer literacy to utilize our platform effectively.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome therapists with various backgrounds, experience in telehealth services, crisis intervention, or specific treatment methodologies can enhance your application. A demonstrated ability to engage with clients through remote platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours. Additional benefits include:
