    Electrical Assembler II (Temp-To-Perm)
    Location: Dracut, MA
    Hours: (M-F) 7AM - 3:30PM
    Notes

    • This is mainly a cable harness assembler.  Must have solid 2 years of making cable harnesses, and experience reading/following schematics. M-F 7-3:30.

    Title: Electrical Assembler II

    Pay Grade: 12

    Reports to: Production Manager

    Payroll Status: Non-Exempt

    Employees will execute their job duties in accordance with Dakota safety regulations, company policies, and ISO 9001 procedures.

    Essential Job Duties:

    ·         Perform a wide variety of electronic and electromechanical subassembly and assembly operations to build up and assemble units of moderate complexity such as printed circuit boards, modules, chassis drawers, cable harnesses and other electronic assemblies

    • Following established methods and procedures builds flexible cable assemblies; makes bulk cables, cuts and strips wires, crimps, cleaning operations, marking operations
    • Work from production/assembly instructions, parts lists, wire lists, diagrams, verbal instructions, and notes to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components
    • Utilize a variety of small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers crimpers, wenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
    • May operate semiautomatic assembly equipment as well as basic electronic test equipment
    • Hand soldering and de-soldering of thru-hole, and SMT components
    • Handle all electronic components within the guidelines of ESD
