Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges faced by your clients.
• Support clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships through effective therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment, refining strategies and interventions as necessary to foster growth and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will center on providing supportive counseling to clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship difficulties. By empowering clients with the skills to improve their quality of life, you will help them navigate their personal journeys toward wellness.

Qualifications

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license to practice independently; accepted licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; no prior disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to client care.
• Strong technology proficiency to navigate our digital therapy platform effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a virtual counseling setting, demonstrating the ability to engage and build rapport with clients remotely.
• A background in working with diverse populations, understanding various cultural contexts and individual experiences.
• Familiarity with solution-focused and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
