Your Role on this team:
The Replay Technical Support Specialist is responsible for supporting, integrating and maintaining our replay solutions product line. Responsibilities will include replay operations at assigned conferences, on-site and remote phone support for the replay solution product line, performing replay product testing, identifying software and hardware development needs, and participating in various replay meetings, clinics, and industry events. This position will report directly to a Regional Account Manager and indirectly to the National Director of Account Management.  

What We Look For:
  • Seeking Candidates with Technical Hardware and Support Experience in the following areas:
    • Integrated Computer software and hardware solutions, coaching or team setting a plus
    • Servers, capture/playback video equipment, and analogue or digital audio equipment
    • Experience shooting and editing video; multiple video formats (720p, 1080p, or 4K) and higher frame rate video formats (60 fps or higher)
    • Video transport over HD-SDI or fiber
    • Networking protocols, managed switches, and fiber transport & SFPs
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Eagerness to travel - this position requires travel to visit customers, go to games, play the replay tech role at post-season tournaments and events, and support deployed systems.
  • Availability - while regular travel is expected, during the busy seasons this could be extensive
  • Flexibility - The position has an evening and weekend work schedule with offsetting time off during the week
  • Collaboration/team player with the ability to lead
  • Possess a high level of independent judgment within established procedures
  • Ability to create strong business relationships with all replay client participants
  • Demonstrate a tremendous work ethic while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude

  • Location: This is a Work from Home role that requires residency in the Kansas City metro area, and requires travel.  Candidates not based in the Kansas City area would be required to relocate within 30 days of employment.
