Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert individual and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based therapy, and integrating the specific needs of clients facing end-of-life challenges.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
  • Maintain clear and confidential documentation of sessions and adhere to the ethical guidelines stipulated by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to remain current with best practices and innovative therapeutic methodologies.
  • Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients and their families, promoting trust, cooperation, and an environment conducive to healing and personal growth.
