Job description

Position: Zuora Consultant
Location: USA (Remote)
 
Job Description
Support the business and IT with stabilizing a new implementation of Zuora/RevPro. Coordinate with business and Jade offshore resource. Monitor integrations. Triage any issues identified within Zuora and also downstream systems such as NetSuite.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business and IT teams in stabilizing Zuora/RevPro implementation
  • Coordinate with business teams and offshore resources (Jade) to resolve issues
  • Monitor integrations between Zuora/RevPro and downstream systems (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Triage and troubleshoot issues identified in Zuora/RevPro and downstream systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with Zuora/RevPro configurations and best practices
 
Required Skills:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Zuora/RevPro support or implementation
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Zuora/RevPro configuration and troubleshooting
    • Integrations with downstream systems (e.g., NetSuite)
    • Business process analysis and optimization
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
