Client Services Associate (Remote)

Hello Sunshine Travels is a growing travel agency dedicated to helping clients create memorable travel experiences through personalized planning and exceptional service. We specialize in vacation packages, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, group travel, and customized itineraries.

Our team is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while providing a supportive, collaborative, and flexible remote work environment. As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service, travel, and helping others.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing support throughout the travel planning process while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

In addition to supporting existing clients, the Client Services Associate will play an active role in developing new client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business through professional networking, referrals, social media engagement, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the booking process
  • Assist clients with travel reservations, itinerary planning, and trip coordination
