Job Summary

Clear Channel Outdoor Digital Inventory Lead oversees digital inventory operations, administrative support, and essential parts distribution nationwide, partnering with Operations, Structure & Design, and Corporate Operations to ensure timely inventory availability for a growing digital board network. This role requires a self‐motivated, dependable leader who can manage priorities independently in a warehouse setting, adapt to changing demands, and maintain strong communication, accountability, and operational excellence across remote and cross‐functional teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Digital Parts Warehouse, including inventory management, shipment processing, and departmental administrative functions. Ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of digital parts orders and shipments. Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment by monitoring layout, storage capacity, inventory flow, and materials handling processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational efficiencies to improve workflow and inventory accuracy.

Collaborate effectively with remote and cross‐functional teams including Structure & Design, Corporate Operations, and Market Operations. Operate independently while maintaining consistent communication and status updates with remote leadership. Maintain a safe workplace environment by ensuring all company safety policies and procedures are followed.

Prepare and provide regular inventory, operational, and status reports to management and market operations teams. Support company digital operations initiatives and special projects as assigned. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed. Experience & Education 2+ years of related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred. 1+ years of experience in a lead, coordinator, or supervisory role preferred. Experience working independently or in remote‐management environments is highly valued.

Skills & Competencies Ability to work independently with minimal onsite supervision while effectively collaborating with remotely based management and teams. Strong analytical, organizational, decision‐making, and problem‐solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‐paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable providing regular updates and maintaining accountability in a remote‐management structure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Competencies: Achievement Orientation, Collaborating With Others, Problem Solving, Project Management, and Fostering Communication.

Physical Demands

Attendance at weekly/monthly meetings is required. Regularly required to lift, pull, push, or position heavy objects, ladders, ropes, pulleys, material, and other equipment in excess of 75 pounds. Walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor, sometimes under adverse conditions. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to maintain productivity, organization, and communication while operating in an isolated work setting.
