Key Responsibilities

The Mental Health Counselor will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess client needs and developing individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique challenges and goals of each client.
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to the needs of the client, aimed at promoting mental and emotional well-being.
• Setting clear therapeutic objectives and regularly evaluating progress through systematic tracking of client outcomes, ensuring that clients are on a path to achieving their goals.
• Offering flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients with varying accessibility needs or those who prefer remote sessions.

Qualifications
