SpringLeaf Healthcare Counseling Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our compassionate and dynamic team. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, maintaining a supportive outpatient office environment accessible to our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients’ individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans that consider their backgrounds.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are personalized, drawing from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address varying concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relational and trauma-related issues.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is cohesive and holistic.
  • Provide crisis intervention, utilizing de-escalation techniques and mental health crisis response protocols when necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, ensuring they are aware of available treatment options and community resources.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training sessions on cultural competency, staying informed about best practices in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
