Job description

Position Title:  Sr. Healthcare/Pharma Business Analyst

Location: Remote (New Jersey) 

Interview Mode: MS Teams Video Call 

Approximate Duration: 3+ Month Contract

Domain: Pharmacy 

Sr. BA with Software Development Experience (A must)

  • Verbal communication needs to be outstanding!
 
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with the client
  • Work with DXD (and possibly architects, devs, and broader team) to define overall structure, design, and requirements of a new portal for some of the client's customers, which will replace some of the functionality of one of their legacy systems
  • Update a preliminary backlog that was drafted during a 2-week discovery phase
  • Define requirements to support the user stories identified (e.g. business rules, system logic, any UI behaviour to support DXD materials, acceptance criteria, etc.)
  • Update or create any process diagrams (BPMN 2.0), state diagrams, etc. as needed to capture requirements
  • Possibly work with dev team to clarify or further refine requirements during development
  • Possibly perform QA on developed user stories, or support a separate QA team
  • Possibly run sprint demos for client to collect feedback
