• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by utilizing evidence-based practices to gather insightful data, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans. You will be key in guiding clients on their path to mental well-being.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities to create tailored approaches that resonate with each client’s context and preferences.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA and ethical standards, demonstrating your attention to detail and professionalism in every client's care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health counselors to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing case consultations and participate in regular peer review meetings to foster continuous learning and improvement in the quality of care delivered.
• Empower clients and their families by educating them about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, thereby enhancing their understanding and resilience.
• Stay current with industry advancements, integrating emerging research into your practice to ensure the provision of the most effective, up-to-date care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients who present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic and solution-focused approach will ensure that each individual's unique needs and backgrounds are considered, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

• Possession of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Experience applying solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, allowing for tailored, client-centered treatment approaches based on individual circumstances.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills facilitate effective navigation through complex client situations.
