This full-time opportunity allows professionals with LCSW, LPC, or LMFT accreditation to deliver support and therapy to individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our work setting is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in your schedule. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability necessary to accommodate patient needs. You will be provided with the necessary tools and resources, including access to our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, to support your daily tasks and documentation requirements.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific conditions and goals.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide impactful interventions in individual and group settings.
• Facilitate educational and support groups, fostering a safe community space for clients to discuss shared experiences and challenges related to mental health.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professional team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance recovery journeys.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, using sound judgment and established protocols to ensure client safety and proper care.
• Educate clients and their families about various mental health issues, treatment methods, and resources available in their community, promoting informed decision-making.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards, ensuring accurate reflection of client progress and services provided.
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings regularly, contributing to the shared learning and growth of the therapeutic team.
• Stay informed on current research and methodologies concerning mental health therapy, applying new insights to your practice as appropriate.

The therapists at Gotham Enterprises Ltd serve a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and create effective, actionable treatment plans.
• Experience in providing therapeutic services to both individual clients and groups, helping a wide range of populations.
• Excellent communication skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities to foster effective client relationships.
• Ability to uphold professional ethics and boundaries while delivering care, adhering to all legal guidelines.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer applications.
• A collaborative spirit to thrive in a multidisciplinary treatment environment.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, especially with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Experience leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral networks within Georgia.

This role offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
