The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while ensuring you maintain an active connection with our vibrant outpatient office in Belleville. In addition, you will have access to a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, who contribute to a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, identifying presenting issues and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to provide individualized support.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other mental health professionals, ensuring seamless integration of therapeutic services and enhancing client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating both expertise and compassion in high-pressure situations.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at reducing stigma and promoting awareness of mental health issues, helping to foster a supportive community environment.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our services cater to clients dealing with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Your work will not only focus on treating symptoms but also on empowering clients to develop skills and resilience that enhance their quality of life.

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are fundamental for establishing therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity necessary for working effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulations.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we highly value additional experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, or group therapy facilitation. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery can be an advantage in this role, given our commitment to accessibility.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
