The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

The RTX Productivity & Collaboration teams are looking to bring in experienced Exchange Automation Developer to provide immediate support to critical Exchange Projects, reporting, dashboarding and metrics utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform as well as creating bannering, pop-ups, and outlook add-ins to support request across the Business Units.

What You Will Do

  • Writing new PowerShell scripts, as well as for porting existing scripts into Azure functions
  • Provide technical guidance on migration of Exchange solutions
  • Assess existing processes and manual tasks and create new automation scripts to improve efficiency
  • Perform and create queries using Exchange O365 Powershell, MS Graph API, Scripting
  • Review our M365 environment, analyze existing PowerShell scripts, make recommendations for enhancements, and update the scripts
  • Debug PowerShell scripting issues, create test plans, participate in test reviews, and resolve moderate defects
  • This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • 3+ years as an Exchange Automation Developer/Engineer and Azure/Entra
  • Hands-on experience creating PowerShell scripts from scratch and moving existing scripts to new environments
  • Experience creating outlook Add-ins, Pop-ups, and Banners
  • Working experience with PowerShell , JavaScript and .Net.
  • Experience with MSFT PowerPlatform (Automation of Metrics and reporting from 0365)
  • Experience navigating Microsoft Graph API’s ExO modules, EWS API, SPO/PnP modules, and CSOM

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience operating within a GCC High environment or government/regulated environment
  • Knowledgeable on other Microsoft Tools such as Power BI/Power Automate
