Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy strategies based on thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, groups, couples, and families.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy—tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, contributing to a client-centered treatment approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training through workshops and seminars to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an integral member of our mental health team, your work will primarily involve collaborating with individuals and families who face a range of mental health challenges. Many of our clients come from underserved demographics and may struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context, is required.

Preferred Experience
