Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and techniques to gather pertinent information.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, collaborating with clients to define attainable therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Deliver ongoing support and guidance, maintaining a consistent therapeutic relationship that adapts as clients progress through different stages of treatment.
• Document all therapy sessions and client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the overall quality of care delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Counselors will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring their approaches to cater to varied cultural, social, and economic contexts. Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing meaningful therapeutic connections with clients in a remote setting.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, understanding, and a supportive approach to clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a caseload effectively while maintaining precise documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, as it prepares counselors for the distinct challenges and opportunities presented by virtual therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competence in therapeutic practices will enhance client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranges between USD 80,000 – 104,000, contingent on caseload and experience level.
