Work Environment

In this remote position, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals working together to provide outpatient services to a wide array of clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions via video chat, focusing on building a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific mental health concerns, assessing progress continuously.
• Support clients in developing insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships as a pathway to personal growth.
• Guide clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and monitor their progress throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. The client populations you engage with may include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and other common mental health issues. Our approach is geared towards helping these individuals cultivate new skills and strategies that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current full license to practice independently, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; absence of disciplinary actions is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sincere empathetic nature to foster client connection.
• Proficiency in technology and strong computer literacy skills to navigate our therapy platform effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient practices or teletherapy can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches and a proven record of developing individualized treatment plans will contribute to your success as a member of our team.

Compensation and Benefits
