• Conduct virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective mental health support.
• Perform thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and medical necessity guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system, ensuring all communications are documented effectively.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and concerns to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Clinical Skills: A strong command of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices, particularly those applicable to remote counseling.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on active listening and building rapport.
• Ethical Standards: In-depth knowledge of ethical principles and regulations governing telehealth practice.

• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with telehealth software and electronic health record systems to facilitate seamless client interactions and documentation.

• Previous experience in mental health counseling, particularly in a telehealth environment, is preferred.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
