• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring culturally competent care that respects each client’s background.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family therapy, group sessions, and couples therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy in mental health documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on mental health research and best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care, contributing insights and recommendations during case consultations.

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• A valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan is required.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is necessary.
• Proficient knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling and psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
• Proven experience working collaboratively within healthcare teams to enhance patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and related technologies is a plus.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or mental health advocacy initiatives will be viewed favorably.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
