• Conduct thorough assessments of client's mental health needs to devise tailored treatment plans that directly address their concerns and objectives.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in both individual and group settings, adjusting techniques according to the specific requirements and goals of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention and timely support to individuals facing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and emotional stability during critical moments.
• Document and maintain comprehensive and confidential client records including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive care that encompasses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Lead educational sessions for clients and their families on mental health matters, promoting awareness of treatment options and available community resources.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to remain informed of advancements in mental health therapies.

Our client base includes individuals from all walks of life, with various mental health needs ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship challenges. You will work directly with individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering resilience and empowering them to navigate life’s difficulties. Your sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and experiences will be essential in establishing trust and rapport with clients.

• Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in one of the following: LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• A minimum of two years of demonstrable experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team framework.
• Adherence to the highest ethical standards, with a commitment to ongoing self-improvement and professional integrity.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar environment greatly enhances your candidacy; however, entry-level applicants demonstrating a strong educational foundation may be considered.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
