Job Title: Sr. Manager, Solutions (Contract) Location-Type: Remote Start Date: ASAP (approximately 2 weeks post-offer) Duration: Contract, 6 months Compensation Range: $50-60/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The Sr. Manager, Solutions will drive operational excellence and cross-functional execution across the client's pharmacy and weight health solution lines, bridging strategic vision with day-to-day operational delivery. Job Summary Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams to execute and continuously improve pharmacy and weight health solution initiatives Identify operational gaps across solution lines, drive root cause analysis, and implement scalable process improvements Program manage cross-functional teams to initiate, plan, execute, and monitor initiatives that improve the member experience Communicate actively with solution sponsors, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to align priorities and ensure execution against key milestones Develop presentations, reporting, and materials that communicate solution performance, operational metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadership Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable operational frameworks and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workflows Streamline metrics reporting, manage data trends, and maintain organized tracking of issues and initiatives across business functions Minimum Requirements: 4-6 years of relevant experience in healthcare solution delivery
