Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions and perform administrative duties from the comfort of your own space while remaining an integral part of our team. Our outpatient office in Williston, Vermont acts as a hub for team meetings, training, and collaborative discussions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the creation of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and growth.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with professional ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage with clients in a manner that inspires trust and rapport, enabling open communication about mental health challenges and personal goals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a diverse array of backgrounds, life experiences, and presenting issues, which may include anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, trauma recovery, and more. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.
• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) working with diverse populations in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing time and responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and technologies is a plus, as it may enhance our remote service delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as CBT, DBT, or narrative therapy.
• Experience in developing and leading group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
