Job description

About LumiMeds

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.

We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.

Location: Remote (Open to applicants in United States, Europe, Mexico, and South America)About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing, growth, and brand initiatives. This role will work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to produce high-quality visuals across digital platforms.

This is NOT a role for minimalist, muted, or "safe" design. We are looking for LOUD, BOLD, and EYE-CATCHING professional visuals that stop the scroll and demand attention. If your portfolio is full of beige and thin lines, this isn't for you. If your work is a riot of professional, high-contrast, bold color and expert typography, we want to talk.

What You'll Do
  • Design visual assets for social media, ads, email, web, and landing pages

  • Create graphics for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams on creative concepts

  • Revise designs based on feedback and performance insights

  • Manage multiple design requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years in a high-growth startup, SaaS, or agency environment.

  • The Portfolio: MANDATORY. We are specifically looking for portfolios that showcase loud, bold colors and professional, high-energy design. If a portfolio link is not included or is password-protected without the code, the application will be ignored.

  • Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).

  • Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly

  • Communication: Excellent English (B2/C1 level). You must be able to articulate why a design works and take direct, candid feedback.

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or startup environments is a plus

Nice to Have
  • Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)

  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels or conversion-focused design

  • Motion graphics or short-form video design experience

Why Join LumiMeds
  • Remote-first, globally distributed team

  • Clear creative direction and brand standard

  • Opportunity to grow with a scaling health-tech company

How to Apply

If this role sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your application in English and ensure your resume reflects relevant experience for the role.

This position is open to candidates based in approved locations, depending on the role and business needs. Qualified applicants will be contacted for next steps.

LumiMeds is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
