The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of next-generation digital innovations in mammography and women's health imaging.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical excellence, AI-driven innovation, and ecosystem partnerships-driving both organic product development and growth through strategic collaborations.
You will play a pivotal role in advancing breast imaging solutions that support earlier detection, improve clinical workflows through automation, and enhance the patient experience. Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes in women's health across diverse populations.
This is an upstream product management role, focused on defining product strategy, identifying unmet needs, and shaping product direction-distinct from downstream marketing execution.

  • Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for digital mammography solutions, including AI-enabled applications, workflow tools, and integrated platforms
  • Own upstream product strategy, including roadmap prioritization, understanding customer pains/gains, product market fit, and business case development
  • Act as the voice of the customer in product decisions
  • Identify unmet clinical and operational needs across the breast care continuum (screening, diagnosis, reporting, follow-up), ensuring solutions reflect diverse patient populations and care settings
  • Translate market insights, customer feedback, and clinical trends into differentiated and impactful product offerings
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, clinical, UX, regulatory, finance, and R&D) to develop scalable digital solutions
  • Develop and present comprehensive business plans, including market sizing, financial modeling, and ROI justification for new product initiatives
  • Define value propositions, pricing strategies, and support go-to-market activities in partnership with commercial teams
  • Champion interoperability and ecosystem integration (PACS, RIS, EMRs, cloud platforms)
  • Identify, evaluate, and support execution of strategic partnerships, alliances, and potential acquisitions
  • Manage and navigate complex third-party relationships, including build vs. buy vs. partner decisions
  • Collaborate with startups, academia, and technology partners to accelerate innovation
  • Partner with global commercial and regional teams to drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Build strong relationships with radiologists, breast imaging specialists, and healthcare leaders across diverse communities
  • Engage in industry forums and thought leadership initiatives
  • Partner with regulatory and quality teams to support product approvals and lifecycle management
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or innovation roles
  • Proven track record delivering digital or software-enabled products
  • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, clinical environments, or other regulated industries required
  • Experience developing business cases or business plans to support product strategy decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in MedTech, healthcare imaging, or digital health
  • Experience with mammography, breast imaging, or women's health workflows strongly preferred
  • Clinical exposure (e.g., radiology technologist or direct work with imaging environments) highly valued
  • Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of medical imaging workflows and clinical environments
  • Experience with AI/ML-based healthcare solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Experience working with external partners, ecosystems, or alliances
  • Commercial acumen with experience in product launches and lifecycle management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
