• Develop meaningful, trusting relationships with clients through empathy, active listening, and support.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose various mental health disorders and create tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing circumstances.
• Provide referrals to other specialists when necessary, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support for their mental health needs.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, each facing unique challenges ranging from emotional distress to behavioral issues. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will cater to a broad patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, families seeking relationship improvement, and groups aiming to foster mutual support. This role is vital in empowering clients to achieve improved mental health outcomes.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
• Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy, with a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in teletherapy, multicultural therapy, or specialized treatment for trauma and PTSD. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential to ensure efficacy in managing caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
