• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients experiencing mental health challenges, utilizing standardized tools and best practices for diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs, preferences, and goals of each client, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote coping skills and emotional regulation.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including medical professionals like psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care that supports all aspects of client health.

• Engage with clients' family members to educate them about mental health issues and encourage their involvement in the recovery process, fostering a supportive network around each client.

• Maintain confidential and compliant documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards while tracking client progress and treatment outcomes.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role is crucial in providing compassionate support and effective interventions tailored to each client’s circumstances, enhancing their recovery journey.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a clinical or detox setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and an understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, encouraging open dialogue on sensitive topics.

• Experience working with clients in detox settings or similar environments where crisis intervention and rapid assessment are necessary.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping systems to document care and manage client information effectively.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
