• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health conditions, history, and needs.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide therapeutic support to adult clients through one-on-one sessions, employing solution-focused methodologies to promote personal growth and healing.
• Leverage teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive consistent support regardless of their physical location.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies as necessary, providing immediate assistance and support in critical situations.
• Engage in continuous professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and stay informed on the latest best practices in mental health care.

Our mental health center serves a diverse population of adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a member of our team, you will interact with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that care is culturally sensitive and tailored to individual needs.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate rapport and trust with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills that enable you to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional board record.

Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred, particularly with teletherapy or remote mental health services. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous in managing client sessions and documentation effectively.

• A competitive salary range between $90,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
