This position will be carried out in a fully remote setting, utilizing teletherapy platforms that ensure confidentiality and convenience for our clients. • Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with clients, setting the stage for effective therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders accurately and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that resonate with the patient population served.
• Monitor treatment progress through regular meetings and adjust counseling approaches as necessary to maintain alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
