• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health concerns of each client, crafting comprehensive treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); potential candidates with a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) are also welcome to apply.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients, contributing to the quality of the therapeutic relationship.
• A compassionate approach and a non-judgmental attitude towards the diverse experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and caseloads, demonstrating strong organizational capabilities in both clinical duties and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or experience within a remote healthcare setting is highly valued.
• Background in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches) is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships with clients across varied demographics.
