• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely, adapting methodologies to create relatable and effective therapeutic experiences.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on client needs, continually adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to stabilize clients in distress.
• Equip clients and their families with educational resources and coping strategies to empower them in managing their mental health.
• Maintain meticulous and secure client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations while ensuring documentation supports therapeutic progress.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to generate a holistic treatment experience, participating in case reviews and multidisciplinary discussions.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families, who may be dealing with various psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to engage with clients from varied backgrounds with sensitivity and understanding will be essential in building therapeutic alliances that foster trust and openness.

• A valid Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure to practice counseling in the state of Texas is mandatory.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
