In this full-time telehealth position, you will provide essential mental health services to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule that prioritizes your work-life balance.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from virtually anywhere. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, typically working Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call duties expected. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing software, utilizing your clinical experience to foster a therapeutic alliance.
  • Guide clients in discussing their emotions and experiences, facilitating insight and self-discovery that promotes healing and growth.
  • Work collaboratively as an advocate for clients, helping them identify and articulate their personal goals related to mental wellness.
  • Evaluate clients' mental health conditions through comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that remain flexible to the client's evolving needs.
  • Utilize solution-focused methodologies to implement effective interventions and monitor client progress during ongoing sessions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily include adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health conditions. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

    - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
    - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
